AM: good workout this morning. Actually felt strong throughout the whole workout. Woke up in good shape and knew it was going to be a good day. 1 mile warm up. Then it was time for 800's on the grass. 6 X 800. Good times and the best part was that i ran them strong and the legs felt alot better than they have been. I am excited for a great race this weekend and feel like i am coming back. The mental part is coming back too. 1 mile cool down, barefooted on the turf.

1- 2:15 (was scared i was still pretty fatigued)

2- 2:11 (was happy and excited for what was to come)

3- 2:12

4- 2:17 (took it easy and just glided for a good last two)

5- 2:09 (Felt great and pushed it out, had football team coming from lifting cheering me on, this is my fastest ever 800 on grass in this workout)

6- 2:11 (the last one kind of got me, so just pushed it out)

Very good workout and probably my fastest of this workout. Feelin Great.

PM: No run tonight, going to only run in afternoon when i don't have work to give me some rest days. Still feeling good though, even after a fast workout. Had brother roll legs out with stic. Pushups and Situps, Calf raises and one legged squats.

Is that from Anna? If so, quit distracting him. If not, nevermind!

Hayden... on these repeats - it would be a lot better to hit say 2:12's throughout than to have a 2:17 to rest up for a 2:09 and 2:11.
