Decided to run after school today and sleep in because of the tiredness. So started after school with a 1 mile warm up on the football field barefooted. Then went with some girls and a freshman guy from are distance team in track and took them on a trail run we did a 5 mile trail run and some of the girls got lost so instead of me doing more I had to go back and find them. So we finally found them and went back to the school. When I got back I wanted to get my 10 in for the day so did 4 miles on my own on the road. It was a real easy, recovery day to get my muscles back.

Good miles today! You are smart to throw some easy ones in there. What a nice guy, going back for the gals. Keep up the good work!

Good job helping out those other runners. You have a great opportunity to be a leader and example to those other younger runners. Hopefully, you can get some more kids excited about running and get some more to come out for track and cross country next fall. What ever happened with Paris, Joe Laposa?, Zach?

Hey, can't ever be too nice to the girls, one of the Rools, if you start a run together, not every run is a race, finish the run together. 50 commando points.

Stay Kool, B of BS Rools out

Like you said it can be tough to compete with soccer. We had boys soccer in the fall in Colorado, so we lost a few good runners from cross country.
