I was wondering if anyone had any advise on what type of aerobic and anaerobic excercises i should do this summer to really boost my running for next year. I have only been running 2 years and would like to know what would really boost me to that higher level. Thank you this would really help.

AM: Little 3 mile run. at 7 will go on a little run with Logan.

PM: After work at 7:00, Logan came to the store and we went for a run. We ran down to Vernon Worthen Park and back. Was a good run and pushed it pretty good. Talked alot and got some good conversations in and i got some good advise (Thanks Logan). Averaged around 6:30 pace for 5 miles. Pushed the last miles pretty good.

AM: Did Some push ups and sit up this morning and worked outside all day doing yardwork.

PM: Went to the club run. We did the usuall Loop from the store. Had a good turn out. At first i went out and talk to Bill then we dropped back with Clyde, Logan, Ken, and Aaron. We all stayed together for awhile then at about 7 or so Aaron, Clyde, and Logan took off and me and Ken stayed back to finish it up together. I felt okay, it was hot and my legs got reall heavy. Probabaly from not doing a 10 miler for awhile. Felt good to do some mileage though even though it was tough. (Stratus: 244.25)

PM: 7 mile loop by house out to Ivins Resevore then to Highway 91 and back to the house. Dunked my head in The Res and felt great. Really hot day. My brother paced me on his bike and kept it around 7:00 pace. Felt okay a little sore, but an allright day to end off the first running week of summer. I am ready for a great summer.
